- We normally request 6 weeks security deposit, 1 calendar month rent (weekly rent x 12 / 52) in advance and an administration fee. This Initial payment definition is only valid for professionals who have permanent work and who can provide proof that their incomes are 70% greater than the rent payments.
- If the applicant(s) is/are self employed, student or have no proof of income,
these initial payment may be different than the above standard requirement.
