What you should bring with you to sign a tenancy agreement:
- The balance of your payment as
indicated on your invoice. The balance should be paid as a Banker’s draft
payable to Westken Estates Limited, Postal order, or cash. Bank transfer should
be confirmed by westken if the transfare is not within the banks in
UK, in order to be in our Clients Account by the time you sign the tenancy agreement. Personal cheques cannot be accepted for the initial payments.
- The tenant needs to bring his/her full bank details: sort code, account number, full address of the bank branch in order to complete the standing order mandate for the further rent installments.
- All the applicants shall be at our office at the same time to sign the agreement otherwise the tenancy agreement can not be completed.
