How long the whole procedure takes:
- Normally the whole process can
take between 24 hours and 7 days after submitting your tenancy
application, depending on the applicant.
- The applicant can reduce the time
scale by providing their references on the first day of the booking.
Subject to the references, the applicant may be able to move in the next
day.
- Applicants are given 3 working
days to provide their references. In rare circumstances, the applicant may
be granted an extension if required. An additional time request needs to
be submitted in writing and needs to be approved by Westken.
