When the Tenancy Agreement can be Signed:
- Once you have confirmation that your application is approved, you will be given an appointment to sign the tenancy agreement.
- The tenancy agreement should be signed within the next 2 days of approval unless there is a specific date agreed upon and confirmed in writing by Westken Estates Limited.

This appointment can not be postponed; if postponing the appointment is
necessary for a valid reason then you can have no more then 2 additional days,
unless you agree to start paying your rent from the first appointment date that
you were given.
