1. Work Reference:
This should be provided by your employer, confirming that you are employed by them. It should be signed by the manager or any other authorized person, contain the contact address and telephone number of the employer and ideally be printed on company headed paper.
2. Proof of Income:
You will be required to demonstrate
your past 2 months proof of income. Depending on the frequency of your paycheck, you will need to provide an appropriate number of pay
slips. The pay slips should contain your name and period of payment.
Due to the nature of your employment, if you are unable to provide a
pay slip you will need to request a bank reference from your bank or
building society.
3. Proof of Identification:
You will need to provide at least one of the following: Passport, UK Birth Certificate, UK driving license or UK/EU Identification Card. You will need to be over 18 to be able to sign a tenancy contract.
4. Proof of Current Address:
This can be shown via a: utility bill, bank statement, solicitor
letter, mobile phone bill,..etc. Whichever one you provide it should
have your name, address and be dated within the past 2 months.
5. Landlord Reference:
This should be from your current landlord/or the person/body who provided you with accommodation. It should include your full name, address, period of your stay and the rent you have been paying (ff applicable). This reference should summarize your performance as a tenant or a prospective tenant.
